Welcome to our Year 3 page! Our teachers are Miss Bates and Mrs Selley and we also have the wonderful Mrs Reid, Mrs Crookes and Mr Johnstone.

If you ever have any questions or concerns please feel free to speak to one of us or arrange a suitable time. Planners can also be used for communication with your child’s class teacher. We are always happy to help!

Our PE days are Wednesdays, with Total Sports, and Fridays. We also have French with Madame Gascoyne on Wednesdays.

Please see below for our curriculum topics and more details about what your children will be learning. Our homework will be given out every Thursday and to be returned on the following Thursday. Homework is revision of work completed in class. The children also have weekly Doodlemaths and TTRockstars targeted work to complete. We also ask that they read their book during the week. The children will have personalised spellings to learn but a list of the fortnightly spelling rules can be found below, should your child want extra spelling practise. The year 3/4 spellings can also be found in their planners.  There are also links providing extra homework and support.
